Nzxt S340 or Nzxt Phantom 410

My Current Chassis is Nzxt S340 and someone is making a trade offer of his Nzxt Phantom 410 to my S340 plus additional cash. I would just like to ask your opinions if i should accept his trade offer or stick to my S340? Thanks guys more power!

I'd keep your case.

Thanks for the input guys! But if i were to change my case what do you prefer in terms of good airflow and good cable management that not that expensive :)
