60hz to 144hz change of color & brightness?

I mean, it makes sense, you change from 60hz to 144hz screen flickers twice as often so there is more light and it gets brighter.

Whenever I change form 60hz to 144hz the brightness and I think the colors are a bit changed? Why is that and is the change negative? If yes is there anyway to avoid it or to return it to normal?

same monitor, whenever i change the refresh rate from 60 to 144hz the brightness specially changes
