I already done memtest for the RAMs, 3 passes and no errors

Still can't solve the problem.

The freeze is so random, even if its idle or loaded.

Every part is newly purchased.

All drivers are updated.

nope its still on 8.1

 

i've tried to reformat it, but the problem is still there.

is it posble that the hardware is the problem, though it didnt show BSoD

Ouch erm try to unplug the power and remove CMOS battery then hold the power button for like 30 seconds?

That would be the CPU itself. A lot of FX 9590 are unstable as they are FX 8320/8250 overclocked and running at 5GHz-that's also why the stock voltages vary so wildly.

You could try increasing the voltage, however underclocking will give you better results.

The motherboard can't keep up with the CPU. The VRMs are to weak causing your PC to freeze. You're better off getting an i5 4460 with a h97 board.
