How do I check if my CPU is overclocked?

I bought from cyberpowerpc and my cpu was 3.50GHz but I paid for overclock how do I check the GHz CPU-z says the same as windows system info is there another app?

Just look at the bios.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Cpu z should show the overclock unless you have undervoltage turned on and it is on idle. If the ghz the same on load you have no OC

Even watching Youtube should should trigger the cpu voltage to ramp up and core clock, if the undervoltage is on. I understand that you little understanding in oveclocking, but there is a big chance that they just took your money with out even trying to OC as it takes time and labour. You can try go into bios and check voltages and frequencies, but I have never seen cpu-z lie on while pc is on some load

It was not on load

Play a video and open cpu z. Take a screenshot and post it here

You paid for nothing then because even a cheap ass air cooler could hit 4.5-4.9 on that chip.

You said the paid overclock was only to 4.1 (also I said cheap ass air cooler).
