Network Traffic Program

Hello everyone. Recently sense we havent had real internet installed yet, our iphone 5 hotspot has gone to trash for speed, stability and ping. I am just wondering if there is a program that can tell me who is using the most bandwith on our network so I can fix the lag before we get real internet installed.

Wireshark?

PS: You need to spoof yourself as the router with dsniff.
