So I'm a huge noob, and for some reason just can't understand how to setup a pull configuration for my rad fans. So where and how do I put my fans if I want a pull config for my radiator fans?

Depends on the position of the rad in your case, and what direction you want your airflow to go.

But generally you want air to go from the front, towards the back, with exhaust in top and back.

So, if you place your radiator in the front, you would put the fans on the inside, blowing air into the case, pulling the air through the rad.

If you place the rad on top you should put the fans on top of the rad, so they pull air through the rad, and out of the case.

When in doubt: C4

Radiator ---> Fan ---> Air blowing this way --->>>

Or <<<--- Air blowing this way <--- Fan <---- Radiator.

why not Push ? it can suck more air

I just watched Linus' video about push vs pull vs push pull and he said that pull gets the least amount dust on your rad?

Pull or push gets the same amount of dust, except that for Pull setups, you can clean it in a few seconds, a push setup requires you to remove the fans (maybe even unscrew the radiator) to clean the dust. I run everything in pull.
