I dont know why, but I want it. good thing I paid 115$ 6 months ago for 1600mhz of the same!  I could really use that .01% performance  ;)  but seriously why do I want it

I don't know why but that's my favorite looking ram.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

Speed and latency always go up together.  

11 isn't unusual.

High speed and low latency ram is typically like twice the cost.

I know just for what I do it matters. :/ I prefer CAS 7-9 any higher on DDR3 turns me away.

Good luck finding high-speed memory with low latency. ;)
