Does the hyper 212 evo come with thermal paste? And if not, what thermal paste would you reccomend?

It does not, get any of the top ones like Noctua or IC Diamond or MX4

EDIT - Ok apparently CM hates me cuz mine didnt and I had to buy another tube.

It does indeed. It's not pre-applied, but included is a small Coolermaster branded tube.

To be honest, most thermal pastes are rebrands and difference is minimal.
