144hz 1.5ms QNIX monitor

Kyzer

http://www.ebay.com/itm/QNIX-QX2414-LED-144-FHD-24-1-5ms-1920x1080-24-inch-Full-HD-144Hz-Gaming-Monitor-/111657786714?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19ff529d5a

I've been looking to buy that monitor

I have a few questions about it though:

What's an AD Board

8-Bit color? (what is this? 16.7m colors? technically 32bit true-color? I don't really understand this part, I just know that my current monitor has 16.7m colors, i think)

What is the part about the virtual 2560x1440? Does that mean the screen actually has that many and only uses 1920x1080p for 144hz, or it does some kinda pixel-changing stuff to look like 2560x1440?

Do not offer other monitors unless they're better in specifications (1ms) and are under $160

But first, let's talk about parallel universes.

I looked around and someone said that Dual Link DVI-D only supported 120hz, but the Ad says it does 144hz.

Edit your own posts and dont bump threads

Regarding the dual link cable, you need one in order to actually be able to use 144hz, a singel link isn't "strong enough"

To deliver the signals.

Display port is a more advance cable and can do that to if the monitor and gpu have the connection.
