My Galaxy S4 Sucks!

Hey guys,

So for the last couple of months, I have had some problems with my Galaxy S4. When I first got it, I could play games, like Don't Tap the White Tiles, smoothly. But now, all games that I play run with lag and it is extremely annoying. Also, when I double tap on the screen, it zooms into what ever app I am and shows a blue box around the phones. Is there any way I can fix this?

Never had this issue with my Note 3.

Try a factory reset.

Like all the others have said, backup all data and do a factory reset.

If you want to go down the path that many of us have already took and get rid of TouchWiz, then you have the option to root it and install a custom ROM, though I wouldn't recommend doing this if your phone is your daily driver.

I'm so glad I got rid of my Samsung phone. I had to restart the damn thing all the time because it froze in the middle of something.

The zooming thing you experience is most probably Magnification Gestures enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Vision > Magnification Gestures. But by right, it should be only activated with a triple tap.
