270X should be getting solid 60 at high, that's the issue.

he has an old Athlon and 4GB DDR2, so the current performance is totally fine

a classmate runs Gta V on medium settings 45~FPS with an AMD athlon II X4 640 3Ghz and r9 270x. Most people said it wont run on his PC, but that shows that most people dont know anything about performance and hardware stuff.

Well a 270x can run any game well. I guess people were doubting his CPU though...

Its running great for me too

i7 4790

8gb ram

R9 290

I have set everything on high and 90% of the time I get around 60 fps and sometimes even more.

the eye can only see 24FPs anyways, so it doesnt matter at all.

On the lowest settings yes, but crank them up and they look pretty, but when you're just blowing shit up you don't care about texture quality lol.

The stars died for you to be here today.

A locked bathroom in the right place can make all the difference in the world.

Even cranked i find them very underwhelming. But not horrible.
