Here, finally, the protagonist of this mod!

Filters Anti-dust almost everywhere

Dock station for HDD da 2,5" SATA

Drawer hidden behind the small panel located on the bottom

Double 120mm fan on the side to cool the HDD

SSD/HDD 2,5" cage

Front panel features:

2x USB 3.0

2x USB 2.0

Microphone input / Headphone output

ON / Reset button

Fan controller

and a "Light-Controller"

Convenient carrying handle (is really big)

200mm fan on the top and 140mm at the back

Fantastic anti-vibration feet

And them? Who is hiding?

Are the holders for mounting HDDs in their cages

This however is the hidden drawer mentioned before

Where we will find plenty of screws, clamps, speaker, an extension EPS 8pin (CPU) and a set of adapters 5.25" to 3,5"

i knew there was a black version, but they gave it a diffrent name? :blink:

but if it is, why not going with the windowed version? might look better altough the windows wouldnt be placed optimal for this mod.

 

damn... got confused by the TNT sticker since they changed their name here but still use the same name and sometimes old shpping stickers, but its a international company after all.

Now it starts to get serious guys!

I removed all the screws conceivable in the case and that is the proceeds

Finding myself the skeleton of the Trooper with his nice handle to the frame of the case

3 rivets on each side and two other brackets with 4 rivets hold firmly this tool almost essential.

Proceeding with disassembly ...

Also outside the front wall containing the box for HDD and ODD cage

Finding myself in this situation

After dismantling the houses have begun to take steps to turn the Motherboard plate 

 

 

And with some work of grinder here is the panel take shape to position the motherboard.

 

 

Later I got two minimum brackets from the front block to position the radiator

 

 

Simple, clean and effective.

Work is under way ..

 

I also drilled the plate behind creating the bracket for the second radiator 360.

Subsequently, an L-shaped bracket du serving me I blocked the plate the motherboard to the rest of the case

 

 

 

 

I leave you with a question, how about a 200mm fan placed under the midplate? (With grid)

Update Worklog!

 

Serving me a sheet of zinc courtesy of a carpenter friend of my father: D I have stretched the background that will later-wrapped.

I also started to draw prospective slots for SSD.

 

 

 

 

Now I have made this, a cover PSU plywood 4mm, is the first time that I enter into a carpentry work and since I'm used to with Frex,, you can well understand the smell of wood floors that has spread in the room  B)

 

Despite everything, serving me some angular always in wood, came out just like I wanted it!

I am satisfied

New updates:

 

 

I created a second bracket, built primarily for two purposes, in addition to further stiffen the structure: Bring midplate to "level" and supporting a second bracket that you will see later

 

 

 

Later I began to place the SSD in place

 

 

Under the midplate, took into account the dimensions of the tank / pump and power supply, I placed a cage for HDD slide (probably taken from some pre-assembled)

 

 

Serving me a bracket made from a profile "L" I raised the cage to allow the HDD to enter and exit without hitting the houses

 

 

Rehearsal (That will clamp removed, the angle must be adapted to the tank / pump)

 

 

Finally, these are the supports for the SSD viewed from behind: Two bolts M3 holding the SSD retainer to a sheet of 4mm plexy which in turn is held by two other M3 bolts that hold it to the latch plate of the mobo. It is also backlit by a white LED that "separates" in a sense from the background.

 

 

Any defects in the cuts will be covered by the film which will play all the "background"

Let's start off with SSDs cool 

 

I finished the second bracket

 

 

And this is the case with the plate further stiffened (now much more stable and flat)

I came the first radiator final 360 often well 60mm. Positioning it I saw that the holes were completely different, so I removed the ugly "brackets" of before and I created something that is not only functional even of aesthetic impact.

That in comparison to the old one has nothing to do

Then I took an angular aluminum and I prepared to cover all the holes and the radiator. Afterwards I think that will give him some more aesthetic touch.
