God of War 3 - Which difficulty to choose? First time GoW3, not first time GoW series.

I just got done 'ing GoW1 & GoW2 with minor struggles on the challenge of the titans/gods things. I was considering going for the titan playthrough (hard) on my first go for GoW3 but I've heard that it's crazy difficult. I want more difficult than GoW1 & 2 on normal, but is Titan too difficult to start off?

Idk what Titan is but Insane is extremely difficult without other players.

 

I would say go for the one before Insane as first playthrough then if you feel like doing it again, up the difficulty.

Only played GoW on PSP, but I will say start at normal, but then jump to the maximum.

I've got plat on all of them on my ps3, if you have played the first 2 on harder difficulties you shouldn't struggle too much with this one, just got for it

 

Some tips: 

 - Make good use of the Golden Fleece.

 - Evade a lot 

 - Learn the combo's don't button mash, area of effect combos are a life saver if I remember right 

 

Oh and max out your Blades of Exile

I honestly can't remember, played it a while ago aha, I think there might be, just look as soon as you start the game and see
