50% FPS Drop Since Windows 8.1 Update

Hey guys!

So I just "upgraded" to Windows 8.1 after running Windows 7 for many years. I was previously getting around 130fps well playing battlefield 4. Ever since I switched to Windows 8 I'm now getting around 70-80, with sometimes drops below 60 -_- Does anyone know how to fix this? I've updated my graphics drivers. I'm running a fx-8350 overclocked 4.6gHz with a GTX 770 II. PLZ HELP MIIII

Chipset and nvidia drivers are what you'll really want.
