G-syng ? Is it worth it

Go to solution Solved by MegaDave91,

1) That's subjective, but if your framerate is consistently sub 60fps, then it may just be.

2) There is an Acer 4K GSync monitor on the market. This is where GSync shines for high end dual card/single Titan X setups.

3) Considering the aforementioned Acer monitor is (where I live) less expensive than the Swift; yes it is. There's now competition, so I'm genuinely surprised it has not reduced in price.

4) Currently, no

1.Is G-Syng worth having ? ( I mean its super expensive and is it even worth ? )

2.Does any 4k monitors support G-syng ?

3.ROG Swift overpriced ? ( It has alot of features and magnificent look, but when it come to price is it worth ti with G-syng )

4. Is there 4k monitor on 144hz ?

Thank you all for the time, have a great day !

Sub?

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

"sub" means below.

So G-Sync is only good if your Framerate is under the Monitor refresh rate?

It's a matter of opinion. I disagree, when your framerate is below your monitor's refresh rate G-SYNC eliminates tearing and makes the game smoother, and when you're above the refresh rate it still eliminates tearing.

Than it's quite important for 144Hz, right?
