$1000 Budget forbuilding my first gaming pc - Need Help

Hey guys, as I said, I got a $1000-1100 budget (US dollars) to build my very first gaming PC. This budget does not include monitor, mouse, headset, nor taxes. I should tell you guys I have a very small knowledge about computers, so I do require your help. This is something like my dreamed build:

But I cannot go that far from my limit. My basic requisites are: at least 8 total RAM, something equal or better than a r9 280 4gb video card, I guess the case and keyboard I chose are almost definitive, I prefer Intel over AMD, Microsoft 7 64bit. I also need this PC to run games like GTA V, BF4, etc at a decently high quality. Also, since I do not know anything about overclocking you guys do not need to worry about that. Thanks in advance :)

I may add that I live in Costa Rica, so items capable of being shipped there and with an easily-claimed waranty are prefered. I also got a ZIP code in Florida, Miami too.
