Is it possible to overclock an 8350 to around 4.5-4.7ghz with the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2?

Alright, thanks. Also, the reason why i am asking this is because I was originally going to go with the Noctua NH-D14 but if I get the Shadow Rock 2, I will be able to get 16 gigs of ram, instead of 8. Should I do it? or is 8 gigs enough?

8 is enough now, but might not be in a few years

 

also if you buy low profile memory it should fit under the NH-D14
