Canon 750D and 760D

Look like Canon have released not 1 but 2 under the same xxxD series of cameras to replace the 700D

the 750D and 760D

both have a pixel count of 24.2-megapixel, all cross-type 19-point AF sensor, and a Vari-angle LCD screen.

the main difference between the 760D and 750D is

Eye sensor for use with optical viewfinder [760D only]

LCD information display on top plate [760D only]

Quick control dial on rear [760D only]

Servo AF in live view [760D only]

otherwise both are similar in terms of spec

The 760D has a High Dynamic Range (HDR) movie mode, digital zoom during video capture, and an electronic level that you can see through the viewfinder

but there is a catch to the new model thou

those who are using the 700D and below models accessories will be disappointed

the 760D and 750D are using a completely new battery and battery grip :(

In their defence, it's a pretty great camera.

And this way I spend a lot less on upgrades.

So new sensor which is hopefully as good as Nikon's and Sony's and an improved AF.

I bet the video quality will be as bad as before.

Well at least they are doing a bit now instead of just putting new name labels onto old cameras. 650D->700D

I'm not interested in any cameras until Nikon releases the D820, pretty sure that'll be better than the 5D-RS but we shall see.

At least they are not releasing 4 to 5 cameras a year for no other reason than to have a new one.

I'm looking at you Nikon.
