Is everything plugged right? Did you apply the thermal paste?

No problem.

The pump and fans are all plugged in the headers? Because the BIOS only shows one fan...

the mobo says that the cpu fan is not connected. which fan connector is the water cooler pump connected to?

Yes i have. And the fans spins faster with more time my pc is turned on. So maybe the problem is on the pump.

Try connecting the pump directly to the cpu header on the motherboard. My pump wigs out if i have it connected to a chassis fan header.

if you have time to RMA i would suggest it. brian is a 10/10 guy at swiftech and makes sure personally that your kit gets fixed properly.

my h220 pooped out on me after a few months. Got it shipped for rma and had it back in just a little over a week.
