[Dell] Alienware Alpha now 22% off, starts at $429.99 (free shipping)

Dealzon

The Alpha attempt at the Steam Machine didn't sell for beans back last year when they released, but the Alienware Alphas are getting cheaper this early 2015 at Dell with huge instant discounts and stacking coupon codes. All configs are at their lowest prices ever.

The fact just to get an extra 4GB you have to spend an extra $150 :P

yeah that 8GB, Core i3 config is the stupidest thing we've ever seen.

"fine" is not what you look for in a gaming machine..

4GB is going to go out of phase pretty soon with these Triple A games coming out..

Show me where they sell "best long lasting gaming machines" for $429 with 8gb ram and gtx 980m please ? /s

U can because for such low price u can't expect a freaking titan X. 4gb of ram is absolutely fine for gaming on one screen on not max setting ;)

If you read, we aren't complaining about that that much.

My big problem is going from 500GB to 1TB and 4GB to 8GB adds $150?

And I'm gonna repeat myself again: "Show me a machine for $429 with 8gb ram and same specs please".

I quoted your post where " fine" and "4gb" is not good for u for $429.

Don't argue please. Let's not end up in there :)

"fine" is EXACTLY what you look for in a BUDGET gaming system

no way do you expect top end specs for such little money, steam boxes are designed for first time pc gamers, or as a second machine for a serious gamer, they do not need super elaborate specs

You're the one who started it and being rude about so I think I will just ignore you :)

I totally agree with you, Alienware never targeted this machine to DIYers. It is more for gamers on a budget

Now read other comments about your "fine" and I hope u can see what we are trying to tell u.

All I started was wanting from u to show me if there is such a cheap machine for such price.

U failed to deliver because your expectations are pretty unrealistic.

Alienware finally offers something for that price that actually makes sense.

Sadly the hard drive is also 5400 rpm, boot times are so slow. But anyway, this is a good deal, I would get an extra 4gb DDR3L

I have no idea what I'm doing
