So these glasses emit a light that is invisible to the human eye, but stands out like a lighthouse to cameras..while confusing facial recognition software.

bad link, sounds like cancer to go I mean, A light you can't see that is always pointing towards cameras, in your head? NOPE

and this "invisible light" is just infrared, which cameras are supposed to have a filter for but some light still gets through

The link is broken and this was already discussed before.

 

Also those glasses are a half measure at best, I'm all up for EMP generators (sorry, people with pacemakers).

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

Good idea. The glasses is looks crap but hopefully they can add style to it. It just makes it harder for facial recg.
