Driver Help?

There are two available drives for my crap integrated graphics. The two intel drivers are released on the same day and or nearly identical except for the fact that one says "This driver is intended for developers and IT professionals." What is the difference between this driver and the normal one?

PC SPECS: Athlon 860k, MSI 380 4GB, 8GB memory, 1TB HDD, Fractal Design Core 1000

Download the normal one.

 

The question you asked pretty much answers itself. It's intended for devs and IT pros. It's most likely for both tinkering and optimizing things for Intel HD Graphics.
