Low budget build

1_thing

So my dad would like a new PC to replace his old crappy one!!

He only uses it to surf the web and some other stuff like banking and social media.

He already has a tablet but told me he still wants a PC tower!!

Location UK no peripherals needed but I need and OS

What is the lowest you can get it to??

Eh I just sorted by price for the PSU. I didn't actively go out and look for a 500W just for a Pentium :P I doubt you're going to get one for much less than £31 anyhow.
