Should I delete Program Files (x86)?

I recently downgraded my extra computer from a Windows 7 64-bit to a Windows 7 32-bit. I noticed that a folder only featured in a 64-bit installation (Program Files (x86)) came with my downgrade. Should I delete it?

 

UPDATE:

Reason why I downgraded because the computer kept on crashing because it kept on running out of memory. I posted a clip down there.

No, if you downgraded to 32 bit, then that folder shoud appeal, Don't delete it becayse you will cause windows failure.

In 32 bit Windows, it won't say Program Files(x86). It'll just way Program Files since only 32 bit programs run on the computer.

I downgraded because the computer kept on crashing because it kept on running out of memory. I thought 4GB would be sufficient for x64 so I tried to install it on my PC. It kept on crashing so I downgraded to x32.

That's peculiar. I had a laptop with 4GB of RAM that ran W7 Ultimate x64 and it never crashed.
