Maybe a stupid question:

Do magnetic fan filters have an impact on the spinning fans itself since they are driven by magnets (as far as i know)?

Fan filters magnets are usually at the side as well with fans having them in the middle so they are a good bit away from each other.

You'll have a bigger impact on the airflow more than anything else especially if the filter is super fine mesh, and as others have said the magnets are too little to affect it.
