I'd play with ye but with you being in the UK our ping would be awful. If you wanna try a game and see how our ping is let me know.  :)

Just a heads up though; never blame losing a match on your teammates. You're at Silver 2 because you're probably meant to be there. If you keep blaming your teammates for things you'll never see yourself improve because in you're mind you think you're already better than the people you're playing with. But that's not the case apparently because you're still at Silver 2. I've gone from Silver Elite (very first time I got ranked back in August) and I've been hovering between Master Guardian 1 and 2 for the past week. 

 

I suggest downloading this aiming map  and dial in your aim. I leave all of the settings alone but set the # of targets to 100. I typically get about 90/95 now that I've been getting used to my sensitivity and have built some muscle memory.

 

Also, follow this tutorial by Cloud 9's Hiko on how to set up a local Bot deathmatch. I usually go for headshots and spray control when practicing like this. I typically go for 150 to 250 kills. 

 

Anyways, if you want to play with me, I'm in the NA East Coast, so that might cause issues if we try to play together.
