Upgrade gpu now or in 2015?

Illest
Mobo- ASUS P8Z77-V

CPU- Intel Core i5-3570K Processor @ 4.2GHz

Cooler- Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus

Ram-  Patriot Viper Xtreme Series (2 x 2GB) Kingston HyperX 2x2 GB DDR3-1600MHz

GPU- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC

PSU- Corsair HX650

SSD- Corsair 120GB Force Series 3

HHD - 500 GB Seagate 2TB Seagate Storage Drive

Chassis- Coolmaster Storm Sniper Black Edition

With the release of the new gtx 900 series, I've been thinking about upgrading my gpu specifically the asus strix gtx980.

Would it be better to upgrade the gpu now or wait until next year when the new intel cpus come out, would those benefit more from my ivy bridge?

any advice would be gladly appreciated

thanks!

I came from the same power as u (GTX 580 = 670) to a 980 and the difference is night and day. I love my new card.

Intel Inside. Overweight guy in his 30's outside.

Dont do multiple 1440s on 1 980. Get 2 980s.

That's what I'm planning to do haha. I wasn't going to attempt 3 1440s off 1 980.

3 980s then is my advice. I plan on 2 980s for single 1440P
