what did he say was wrong with it? personally I think the detail on characters is exceptional especially since I maybe only spend 2% of my battle time zooming in to see the pitting and damage on shields

 

the maker of this video used a mod to single out hero units but the details are pretty uniform with a vanilla game.

 

once again over 95% of your gametime will never be zoomed in to that level it would be as dumb as playing an entire match of call of duty with a sniper rifle fully scoped in and running around shooting people.

The only thing he was critical about, was the weird way they wanted you to pay for dlc..
