mate 7 vs htc one m7 vs nexus 5

huawei just released the mate 7 in my country for about 550$ and it looks like a good deal to me, but i wanna have your thought on this.

here the nexus 5 and htc one m7 retails for 480$ and 530$, so for me they are in the same league.

what do you think is better from these phones?

If you can stand the size and lack of an app drawer, then I'd definitely go for the Ascend Mate7.

I would pick the Nexus 5

Ascend Mate7 isn't something I'm not familiar with but I can say I dont trust Huawei.  The phones of theirs I have played around with are terrible.

Htc One M7 is still a great phone but it doesn't have wireless charging, older processor, but it has front facing speakers and could have more memory depending on which one you get.

The nexus is lighter and you get stock android, unless your getting a google play one m7 in which they both would.

OP is the Nexus 5 that's for $550 16GB or 32GB? If it's 16GB, definitely HTC One m7, if it's 32GB, definitely Nexus 5.

i own a nexus 5 and i don't even notice it's plastic. infact, i actually forgot it was.

even when i used it without a case, i like the way the back feels, it's not the same kind of build quality like what you see on most samsung phones.

so imo, plastic is no deal breaker as long as it is of decent build quality.

if the price you gave is for the 16gb model and you are sure you will use more than 16gb, then get the m7. you could always spring for the 32gb nexus 5 though, just saying.

Depends on what is most important to you in a phone. Build quality? Display quality? Battery Life? Performance?
