Windows 10 Preview Build Download Rate

Just wondering, my preview build update to build 9860 from 9841 is taking a really long time at 10mbps. How large is the new build if anyone knows and on average how long does it take you?

This is normal, Microsoft Update servers tend to be really slow sometimes.

Just be careful to not type in any personal details or even bank details whilst using Windows 10 Preview. Others will tell you why. ;)

The build upgrade is 2.74GB download. You are actually downloading the whole OS setup here, and it will install it while in Windows with the new update system. Once done it will restart, and Windows will behave like you upgraded your Windows form an old version to a new one.

It takes time. Especially if everyone in your region are doing Windows updates or getting build 9860.
