Meh. Most professionals are more likely to shell out for quadros than these, but I can sort of see the attraction because of the double floating points. That's what's good about them IMO, not the VRAM and cores. I can get two 780 tis if I want those cores.

What's nice here is their size. You get 2 full gk110s on a 3slot card. So when you're making a big workstation, 4 gk110 will cost you 6 slots. Instead of 8. This means saved bandwidth and space, for more cards.

well, that would depend on what you opinion of a bargin is :P personally i think its a good deal for anyone who wanted one, but couldn't quite afford one.
