It depends. They are both good, get the one with the preferred switch.

Roses are red, violets are blue, computers are awesome, and so are you!

I have the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013, it really does not feel like a $140 keyboard. Maybe a $50 one.

corsair by a mile at this point :P im even thinking of putting away my naga for a better logitech or corsair mmo mouse at this point due to the fact that im not happy with the quality of this one. they dont feel as good as theyre advertised to be. so yeh... corsair>razer. the only razer product i can say ive loved at this point is my blade, which is honestly the best piece of technology ive ever purchased, EVER.

Obviously the K70 RGB. For the same price, why would you go with Khail switches over Cherry MX. Also, why would you go with a cheap plastic quality over a sturdy aluminum one. Only reason I'd see you buy the Razer is if you are a fan of them.

As with what I said in another forum post about this Razer Chroma thing.

I think the Corsair K70 RGB will have better lighting in because of its build. The Razer Blackwidow has a green coated "pit" where the switches are placed which could restrict the RGB light from showing its full colors throughout the board. The K70 is flat and open across the board which can help the RGB light seep out throughout the board and not just light up the characters on the keys. Right?

I'll be switching over to the Corsair K70 RGB after I RMA this faulty LEDs of my K70.

function keys for media stuff is BS. I hate using the Fn key to pause, skip, volume, etc. and the media keys on the k70 alone are worth it. Then you have the way the switches are made. The LEDs on the razer keyboard are more likely to die than the Cherry MX RGB switches. Just depends on if you want to blow your money or invest it.

Corsair K70 RGB by far. More reputable brand, looks better, authentic Cherry MX switches and dedicated media keys. The Blackwidow Ultimate Chroma has nothing going for it. I have no idea what Razer was thinking when they designed that Chroma crap.

Agreed, i personally would go with the k70. I have a Razer Blackwidow, and its not too bad (My one was purchased when Razer was still using authentic Cherry switches) , but Razer has since switched the switches  :) and i still prefer the cherry switches that i have now (My friend has the new 'Razer'/Khail Switches). Also the LEDs on the k70 RGB are designed to be electrostatic discharge resistant, so its less likely to die.

I'd go with the K70 RGB. Cherry MX > Kahil and Aluminium > Plastic. Also, you can't go wrong with a volume wheel, and the Corsair LEDs seem to be brighter and better imo.

Guys, Razer is not using Kahl. Razer are using their own switches. In Linus' review, he said that they COULD use Kahl, not that they DID.

I honestly don't know. Its either Volume Wheel or 5 extra macros. I'd go for macros. And Razer switches are a little bit better for gaming as well.

Razer switches are made by Kailh.

Well I've owned SteelSeries, Razer, DasKeyboard, Leopold, Ducky and Corsair. Of those brands the only one that I've had a major issue with is the Razer Blackwidow; which currently lies broken in a cupboard after it went haywire 4 days after warranty went out and is now completely dead. During the life of the keyboard, I also found that it smudged easily, the optimised gaming matrix didn't help much and that it felt tacky; admittedly it was a first generation one and most of these issues were addressed in later models.

While I do have minor gripes with the other keyboards; with the exception of the Ducky, the Blackwidow is the only one I don't recommend due to my personal experiences. As for the Corsair RGB, as far as I can tell, all my issues with it are software related and should be patched out over the coming weeks; hopefully.

Also regarding the Kailh switches, it's the general concensus across the internet that Razer now use Kailh switches, which are a Chinese copy of Cherry MX.

I have tried the newer Razer switches and I'm not 100% sure if it's a placebo, but the actuation point of the newer Razer keyboards don't feel as pronounced as those of their rivals.

TL; DR Go for Corsair, although drivers are still a bit iffy atm.

SO whats the major difference between the CH-9000063-NA and CH-9000068-NA revision? Only thing I can see is one has what looks like a "sticker" for the new logo. Or is the CH-9000068-NA not only rebranded but have the PCB mounted LEDs?

CH-9000063-NA is depricated Vengeance branding

@ OP, I would go with Corsair, regardless of their dodgy new gaming logo. Razer tat falls apart.

Other than that, there's no difference? Both have the same keys and SMT  LEDs under them?
