I would recommend this for the cheaper build. This processor is like the 6800K but cheaper and lower clocked. The 6790K can overclock farther than the 5800K.

The cooler quite decent and note its using push pull config. Unless you want crazy OC, I don't think you need anything beyond 120/140mm range.

Lepa psu horrible?

Coz is not common brand in my area.
