HDMI audio on a GPU

Hi guys,

 

This is a bit of a silly question...

 

Going back a few years I had to really hunt around to find a card that specifical noted that its supported HDMI 1.3a. Now coming up to today, is it pretty safe to say that all cards that have HDMI will also pass audio?

 

In particular im asking in regards to the GTX 750 Ti...

 

Any insight would be tops.

A DVI to HDMI adapter delivers audio too, I tested that.

144Hz goodness

yes pretty much every card does that now

if u just want to play video buy the cheapest nvidia or AMD card
