This is quite an old post from reddit--I don't think it expires since it's a promo code and not one of the ones that a person shares to get points and whatnot.

Your lucky, mine would end up with a huge dick on it if I asked one of my SOOOO 'mature' friends.

Edit - I could get two right off the bat as I have two routers. YAY

Any easy fix for this?

Use a higher resolution image.

MS Paint + Picture Manager is your friend if you don't have Photoshop.

@WoodenMarker

Is the mousepad any good? Like the mouse tracking not the image, unless it affects it.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

My mousepad just came in--this time revamped and and more @Slick than ever before. #It'sHere!

Last time: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/90859-1-custom-mousepad-came-in/

Thanks again @bradscoolio --> http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/84872-1-custom-mousepads/?hl=mousepad

For those who don't get it: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/133961-linustechtips-april-fools-wait-slick-what/?hl=slicktechtips

Now for the elephant in the room...

How is the mousepad itself? Is it legit? Good tracking surface? Any obvious problems with it? Do you know the material? If not, is it at least half-decent and worth the effort? (I don't care about $)

You don't have to answer all of those questions.. But whatever you can please, before I spend even 30 seconds on it. :P

It's legit and not bad. Tracking is fine and there aren't any other obvious problems other than the build quality. The edges may get a bit rough after a lot of use. It isn't flimsy though. It's made of 'durable heat-resistant polyester fabric top with a neoprene rubber non-slip backing' and is machine washable. It's $1. I don't see how it wouldn't be worth it. I wouldn't mind spending $5 on it considering it's custom.

Okay, cool. That's all I wanted to know. I trust your answer. Looks like I'll be getting one.

And as I mentioned.. I wouldn't care if its 50 cents or $8, I wouldn't want it if it wasn't worth either amount, 'ya know?

But that helps. Thank you sir! And being new to this forum, I had not seen that original thread.. So an even bigger thanks for posting this. I never really even thought of getting a custom one, but now it's just something I want whether I even use it or not. I currently use the Razer Goliathus Extended. I have both the Speed and Control versions, covering the entirety of my desk. :P

Sure!

Do get back and post what you think of it when you do get it. Peripherals are subjective and what someone notices and prefers with mousepads will vary.
