Lian Li showed off new prototypes PC-B16 and PC-A61

Lian Li showed off 2 new prototypes on their blog, PC-B16 and PC-A61. They have the same internal layout, but while the A61 has a usual case front, the B16 has a noise-reducing front door. Lian Li also claimed their protoype cases has:

 


 

Major features of the PC-B16 and PC-A61 include:

 
Full aluminum construction
Modular 5.25” bay
Tool-less HDD bay system (first introduced on the PC-A51)
Top 240/280mm radiator support with 60mm of spacing
Front 240mm radiator support
Generous cable management support – 30mm space behind the MB tray

 

Again these 2 cases are not finalized, and you are welcome to leave yr opinion on their blog.

A61 looks ok... Not really a huge fan of the b16 though, kind of reminds me of antec for some reason...

Honestly they are ugly, look like they are made for a businessmen environment where it wont be seen a lot. Unique design for the drive bays though

Put Sound dampening material on the front of the B16 and offer it at a reasonable price and you got yourself a Define R4 rival.

I like them, especially the A16 with the side panel. It looks like their not too hard to work in either.

not a fan of these....they remind me of old PC cases from the 90s

With today's technology I often wonder why we don't have colonies on the moon or Mars. Then I go to Wal Mart for 5 minutes and realize the vast majority of the human populace isn't ready for such things.
