Welcome to Week 30 of the LTT Build-Off! The rules and guidelines can be found here.
Thank you @zinton for suggesting this week's challenge.

This week the challenge is to put together a gaming rig that can run on 400W or fewer (your PSU cannot have more wattage than that).
Budget: $630
Peripherals: No
Monitor: No
Submissions: January 31st through February 3rd
Voting: February 4th through 6th

Tips: Obviously, energy efficiency is a big factor in your part choices. Small form factor is better (both for the power supply and the case/motherboard).

Your power supply only has 1 6-pin pcie connector but the Asus GeForce GTX 760 needs an 8-pin connector.

But mate don't u think that some people who choose R9 270 also requires higher wattage and they have choosen 380W psu which will also be a problem at load..

It isn't a matter of wattage. It is a matter of your PSU does not have the right connectors to power the graphics card. You could have a different power supply  (with different cables) and the same wattage and be able to power it just fine.
