Looks good but why that psu? The fan will be facing down, so you're just wasting money for "rgb" that no one will see.

Just a suggestion on buying, you can try to buy CPU from primeabgb instead of Amazon, you can save some money.

RAM is a bit pricey too, you should consider looking for a different one unless you really need RGB.

That power supply is terrible. Have a look at the psu tier list in the psu section for something better. Stick with Tier 1 or 2.

Not with a 120mm AIO he's not.   Stock cooler or 240mm+.

Those are almost overkill coolers for Ryzen being honest, we all know heat is not their limiting factor when overclocking but if he can afford and fit those yeah it'd be good by all means.

 

One interesting way about motherboard that nobody seems to consider are great deals (used or new) on older X370 chipset boards now that every one is only thinking on the newer chipset, for instance the ROG CROSSHAIR VI HERO x370.

I have found used ones in Brazil going for about what you'd pay the new basic b450 models, sure used can go wrong but if you find one in good condition it'd be extremely worth it.

250 is plenty for Windows, yes.  But an SSD is a very noticeable speed increase over a traditional HDD, for all game loading, app loading, etc.  It's just nice to live in SSD-land, it's a huge quality of PC-experience thing.  Won't give you FPS or leet sniping skills, but it's nice to have everything on an SSD if you can swing it.

I'm pretty sure RUST is just horribly optimised and broken on all systems...

• If you're just gaming, go with the Ryzen 2600 and save some money. The extra cores on the 2700/x doesn't necessarily benefit in gaming tasks that much.
• You can save some money on the motherboard by going with a B450 board if you don't plan on using SLI
• I usually recommend people go with the stock cooler that comes with the Ryzen CPUs and seeing how they perform, then if they don't meet your cooling requirements look in to spending extra money on an aftermarket cooler. May as well try the free cooler in the box before spending a heap of money on an aftermarket cooler that you may not need.
• Go with a non-reference 1070ti (open air style cooler). The price on that reference 1070 Ti also seems way off. You can save 15,000 Rupees with something like this EVGA 1070 Ti https://in.pcpartpicker.com/product/jvwqqs/evga-geforce-gtx-1070-ti-8gb-sc-gaming-acx-30-black-edition-video-card-08g-p4-5671-kr
