What should I get, a NVME 480GB SSD or 1TB SSD?

So I am stuck on whether I should get this 480GB SSD or this 1TB one for pretty much the same price. I currently have a 120GB ssd thats full and I have had it for 4 years but I have recently built a new pc.

Get the bigger ssd. The speed difference is small in reallife, and the extra size is great for lots of games of files.

If you're using the SSD as a cache or scratch disk for video editing, then get the faster, smaller capacity SSD. Otherwise, get the larger SSD.
