Computer issue

So I have a gtx 1060 an intel core i7 7700k and a Asus prime b250m-k though my computer would turn on even without the ram and etc. though there won't be power on the USB port so even my graphics card won't display anything already took out the ram and GPU and put them back correctly and still nothing works any tips on how to fix.And CPU fan does turn on.
