What is the Best 1080 ti 8gb or 11gb for 700-800 euro

Hi, so I am looking for a better graphics card as I stream and I stream through the graphics card. I currently have an Asus ROG Stric 1060 6 Gb OC and I am looking for a 1080 ti for around 700 euro up to 800euro. Also, I don't know if I should get an 8Gb or 11Gb as I saw some like that. I also love the founder's edition design and that's kind of what I am looking for but I am willing to sacrifice the design for power. Can someone please help me with this I will be very grateful. Also, I live in Ireland just to let you know as I don't want to pay crazy shipping.

There's no 8GB 1080 Ti. Also, founder's edition card is terrible

It's not terrible, the blower cooler is just loud and not useful outside of small form factor cases compared to other coolers. Custom water cooled FE cards are actually pretty great.

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

From personal research I found that EVGA 1080 ti FTW3 cards all clock great, are designed very well and can be found cheaper used on amazon. That's why I have two on my system. I've also read and heard good reviews about the ASUS ROG STRIX as well as ASUS Poseidon. Ideally if you can find a EVGA KINGPIN then you have the best 1080 ti in my opinion.

It's loud with garbage thermals. Also slapping a water block doesn't really make it an FE card anymore. The reason it sucks is because it's cooler and the FE card as a whole includes the stock cooler

FE chips are well binned, they can finally take advantage of that with real coolers now
