Is there any way for me to monitor internet usage on my router?

Monitor what exactly? Speeds, IP logging, Packet sniffing?

I think your best bet might be Wireshark or Cain. i do have to inform you that this might be illegal to do and is invading personal privacy.

I don't think it it is illegal to monitor your networks traffic only other networks.
