No Sleep Option in Start Menu

I built a new PC today, after trying to put it to sleep, I can't, there's no option for it. 

 

(second monitor also will not work) but that could be the cable since it used to be half wack anyways

Sounds like a lack of GPU drivers.

that's what I figured, and also, for some reason it says I have no internet connection when my cord is plugged into the motherboard, and the light is on, implying it's in, any idea about that? I'm gunna reset the PC finally now but just incase that doesn't fix it

Sounds like you don't have a lot of drivers. Did you run the CD that came with your mobo?

i dont have one in mine either, but you can so Win + X or right-click the start button to see it. (assuming u have windows 10)
