why does google chrome where i left off when it is not selected

Beezohh

im getting pissed off, every fucking time i open it it opens all the tabs i had opened when i closed it, PLUS my homepage when under settings i do not have it selected to open closed tabs, only to open homepage

Weird, try clearing cache and cookies, clicking restore settings to defaults, and then try changing that setting again.

Have you tried turning it on and off again........

J.K. In all seriousness try to uninstall Chrome and reinstall and If you're logged in with a Google account, when you log in on the fresh Chrome your bookmarks and settings will be carried over (If you log back in)
