Need Help! Gigabyte B75M-D3H wont boot

sooooooooooooooo I bought an Gigabyte B75M-D3H used on Vacation in Hongkong cuz it was cheap.

It worked in the store, but after i put my own cpu (i7 2600) and ram (16gb ddr3 ripped from an old dell) its powering up and down in a loop.

Has anyone an idea how to fix this?

If i posted this in the wrong category pls move it
