I want to know what my bad pc can handle

CPU:     AMD A10 PRO-7850B R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 

GPU:    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Ram:    16,0 GB DDR3

i dont know much about hardware and so and i am woundering what i all need for a 2nd monitor with 144hz 

with 144 fps

1050ti will struggle with 144fps in all but the lowest demand games on lowest possible settings

 

Wouldn't recommend anything less than a 1070 for 1080p@144

The A10 processor is going to let him down before the 1050ti.

Nope. Even if you had a 1070 you will struggle to get a high FPS (144fps) due to your weak CPU.

 

I'd say keep what you have now and stick to 1080p 60fps gaming. If you want to go 1080p 144fps then you would be looking at a CPU upgrade, which would require a new motherboard and new RAM, which will end up costing a few hundred dollars.

Those are just games, which is great to know but what settings do you like to play the game at?
