Forced shutdown after screen wouldn't turn on while a game was running, now things don't work

I was playing fallout 4 when I had to go do something. II paused the game and when I came back the screen was off but you can still hear the music. I tried waking up my laptop by moving the mouse and pressing keys, but it didn't wake up so I forced a shutdown

 

Now, the wallpaper is gone and alienware command center doesn't start automatically and I have to manually activate command center and go to Tactx to activate my macros
