over clocking on the ram. max oc on ram with my b350 was 2600 and on my x470 i can go to 3600 there are other features as well. but yeah.

according to the iamge your case comes with two fans. you chose a 240 water cooling aio for the cpu you still have space for 1 more case fan on the top.

they both are great for multi thread.

if your a heavy rendering or calculation fo 1800x if mid for 1700x if ocasionally 1600x

you can go 360 for top  360 for front and 140 back and any size for bottom

the x470 is a great mobo so no problems there. 

b350 is also a good one just dont get 250 since they dont have support for m.2

mobo cpu is fine. the ram not so much try to get mushkin or tforce. tridentz is fine also your first choice

The set I have chosen for that actually doesn't come with the ram.

you chose before the trident z in the new link you posted theres fury x ram which is okay but im not a fan off.

The picture shows it with the ram but I'm not going to get it in the set and i'm going to leave it out and still get the trident-z ram unless you know of better ram that looks just as good.
