i7 3770 vs 7800K vs 7820

So it may be upgrade time:

i7 3770 (1155), 32GB (4x 8GB Dual Channel) to upgrade to x299 7820 + 4x 8GB Quad channel OR 8900 + 2x 16GB Dual channel.

Used for normal every day stuff + VR (Oculus)  + Gaming XPlane 11 all on 3440 x 1440 (predator 21:9) via GTX 1080

 

Appreciate thoughts advice.

Prices are pretty much the same for M/B, CPU, Cooler, Memory, slight difference much not significant - around NZD3K
