This is by far the best deal I've seen. They're typically around $620 with a couple of out of stock cards listed as $540 at MSY. But at ~$100 less than a GTX 1070 and only $100 more than an RX 580 it's pretty hard to pass up.

There are a few other stores that have these at the low to mid $500 mark but they're all out of stock. I suspect they're either clearing them out or there has just been a price drop and demand has picked up.
